The items you return must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which you received them, including original packaging and all components.

If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, we will cover the return and new shipping costs, and you will not be charged any expenses.

If the reason for the return is that you are not satisfied with the order, we will refund the amount of your purchase, excluding the transport costs for collecting the product(s) to be returned.
