HIAMA is a solar-charged garden spike. It is handcrafted in natural bamboo and has an LED module with a solar panel on top for charging. Place it in walkways, by the pool or even in a planter, the versatility of this solar sink is limitless. With its twilight sensor you can forget to turn it on or off, since when it detects that the sunlight is decreasing, it will automatically turn on. The fire/flame effect is so realistic that you will be amazed.

SHIPPING
Shipping conditions will be indicated at the time of purchase as they are specific to each customer.
RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from product delivery to manage the return.
The items you return must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which you received them, including original packaging and all components.
If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, we will cover the return and new shipping costs, and you will not be charged any expenses.
If the reason for the return is that you are not satisfied with the order, we will refund the amount of your purchase, excluding the transport costs for collecting the product(s) to be returned.

- Up to €50 total return amount -> €15 collection fee
- Up to €100 total return amount -> €25 collection fee
- Up to €150 total return amount -> €30 collection fee
- Up to €300 total return amount -> €45 collection fee
- Up to €500 total return amount -> €75 collection fee
- Up to €700 total return amount -> €105 collection fee
- Up to €1500 total return amount -> €180 collection fee
- Up to €2000 total return amount -> €200 collection fee
- More than €2000 total return amount -> Consult collection fees by postal code.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete this form.
*If the customer decides to send the defective product on their own, the customer will bear the return costs.
