BAMBOO: It is a cylindrical flowerpot with a wide plantation base. Its height and lightness allows you to have a large planter with unparalleled features. Available in various sizes and finishes, both in color and in light.
All Newgarden products are made of polyethylene, so they are lightweight and highly resistant to extreme temperatures. They are also protected against UV rays, making the useful life of the product extraordinarily long.

Shipping conditions will be indicated at the time of purchase as they are specific to each customer.
RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from product delivery to manage the return.
The items you return must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which you received them, including original packaging and all components.
If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, we will cover the return and new shipping costs, and you will not be charged any expenses.
If the reason for the return is that you are not satisfied with the order, we will refund the amount of your purchase, excluding the transport costs for collecting the product(s) to be returned.

- Up to €100 total return amount -> €25 collection fee

- Up to €1500 total return amount -> €180 collection fee
- Up to €2000 total return amount -> €200 collection fee
- More than €2000 total return amount -> Consult collection fees by postal code.

*If the customer decides to send the defective product on their own, the customer will bear the return costs.
