RETURNS / WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 calendar days from when you receive your order. The items you return have not had to be used and must be in the same condition in which you received it, including original packaging and all components.

If the cause of the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested, we will take care of the return and new shipment costs, not making you charge of any cost.

If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount of your purchase, except for the transportation costs of collecting the product/s to be returned.

- PRODUCT VOLUME LESS THAN 0.30 m3 = €15
- PRODUCT VOLUME BETWEEN 0.30 m3 and 1.1 m3 = €49
- PRODUCT VOLUME BETWEEN 1.2 m3 and 1.72 m3 = €90
- PRODUCT VOLUME BETWEEN 1.73 m3 and 2.3 m3 = €130
- PRODUCT VOLUME BETWEEN 2.4 m3 and 4 m3 = €190

All our products have a three-year guarantee. We are Spanish manufacturers.

*If the customer decides to send the defective product on their own, the customer will be responsible for the return costs.
